12th Annual Healing & Reconciliation Conference

The Kateri Native Ministry of Ottawa hosted it’s 12th Annual Healing & Reconciliation Conference at the Marguerite Center in Pembroke on May 21st – 23rd weekend. More than eighty native and non-native people attended with the majority being native. People came from Pic River First Nations Heron Bay, Pic Mobert, Ottawa, Sagamok, Toronto, Brandford, Orillia, Thunder Bay and from the provinces of Quebec and New Brunswick.

1st Annual Mini-Conference Summary

The Kateri Native Ministry of Ottawa is a Catholic Lay Ministry registered as a non-profit charitable organization committed to the healing and reconciliation of Aboriginal People under the guidance of the Archdiocese of Ottawa. The ministry provides the spiritual and corporal works of mercy through the blending of Christian spirituality with Native traditions and culture

10th Annual Kateri Healing & Prayer Conference Report 2008

The conference was held at the Marguerite Centre in Pembroke. Attendees (+150) arrived by car and bus loads from Long Lac, Geraldton, Pic Mobert, Pic River Heron Bay, Golden Lake, Orillia, Sagamok, Toronto, Burnt Church – NB, Eel Ground-NB, Woodstock-NB, Kahnawake-PQ, Montreal-PQ and Prince Albert-Sask, etc.
