📍 Naategamaa – Peaceful Waters
📅 Saturday, September 19, 2026

Join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Naategamaa – Peaceful Waters (5642 Ferry Road, Fitzroy Harbour, Ottawa) as we celebrate 25 Years of Indigenous-led ministry (2001–2026).

The conference will begin with a Sunrise Ceremony, followed by our 25th Anniversary Conference gathering community members, partners, and friends from communities.

We are honoured to welcome Keynote Speaker – Fr. Daryold Winkler an Ojibway priest and pastor and longtime supporter of the Kateri Native Ministry of Ottawa.

After a life-changing conversion at age 33, John Corston founded Kateri Native Ministry of Ottawa. An early leader in reconciliation work, John dedicated his life to supporting Indigenous people with love, healing, and dignity — building meaningful bridges with non-Indigenous communities. John passed away on Good Friday ten years ago, and we are honoured to carry his vision forward.

Today, Kateri Native Ministry continues to serve thousands of people each year, walking together in faith, healing, and reconciliation.
