On behalf of the Kateri Native Ministry of Ottawa, Miigwetch to those who travelled from near and far to attend our 21st Healing and Reconcilliation conference. A special thank you to Reverand Archbishop Terrence Prendergast SJ for celebrating mass, and taking time out of his busy schedule to be with us. We were very blessed to have Father Pat Twohy, SJ and Christine Roberts from Seatle Washington who told the most inspiring stories of hope, love and reconciliation. Larry Gagnon from Mobert First Nation gave a beautiful moving witness of the power of prayer. We were tremendously blessed to have Doris and Dennis Robinson from Biigtigong First Nation who shared her story of surving a brain aneurysm. Our God is an awesome God. Miigwetch to all the musicians, the cooks, and our Elder Tom Dearhouse , the fire keepers and all others who gave of their time. What a blessed weekend it was. Much gratitude is extended to our priest in charge Father Hasina SJ for all that he did to make this another successful conference. Miigwetch to Wanda Renton Calvert, Board member of the Kateri Native Ministry for her support.

It was deep spiritual experience of faith, hope and love. I will carry in my heart forever. Love to you all.
